Illawarra Steelers are accepting Expressions of Interest for prospective staff for the 2024 Representative Program. We are looking for professional, motivated and reliable staff who are looking to contribute to the development of young Rugby League players across a range of age groups and competitions.
In collaboration with pathways staff, you will support the development and implementation of a high-performance program, aimed at developing players to play at the highest possible level. Our Pathways program will commence in November and run until late April. All staff will be required for a minimum of three sessions per week, plus game day when the trials and competitions begin.
The following positions will be considered across all pathways teams;
● Head Coach (Minimum Senior / Level 2 Coach)
● Assistant Coach
● On-field Trainers (NRL Level 1 & 2 Sports Trainer and other relevant qualifications)
● Team Managers
