Chasing back-to-back titles, defending premiers Thirroul are joined by fellow Illawarra-based clubs in Corrimal Cougars, Collegians, Western Suburbs, and Dapto Canaries. Shire-based outfit De La Salle return for their third tilt at the title.
In 2023, Thirroul defeated Collegians 24-18 in a down-to-the-wire Grand Final to claim their first Illawarra title since 2014.
